I am not going to even entertain bringing this to Jeff, he has stated repeatedly KMAG is not selling shares, ZERO, I do not even know what 54 million they are talking about and I feel like I have did a fair amount of DD. This reminds me of the nonsense R/S talk a few weeks back. Ignore it, I have addressed it and I agree with you, very easy for restricted shares to be extended.
