Well, that is what Jeff told me the amendment on 5/3 was for, I would have to dig through some emails and see if I can locate it. But he explained it that way, ALL INSIDER SHARES WERE RESTRICTED ON 5/3/2012, no way KMAG is going to sell them at this point so it was just like the R/S talk, not going to happen, it will do nothing but incite unwarranted fear. NO DILUTION HERE!

And shares can be restricted again, happened with SGL*
