Communications from the Company should be WHAT IS, and not WHAT IS NOT.
I keep going back to the "in the midst" wording;
the lack of specifying "prototypes" instead of "commercial shipping"
Implying Apple MUST COMMERCIALIZE when it is not so stated in the contract.
We are talking about credibility. The Company has been called on to the carpet so many times in the past. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD GET IT BY NOW.
This is why there is TOO MUCH BAGGAGE and APPENDAGES from the OLD REGIME, to the point that one asks, IS THERE REALLY A REGIME CHANGE, at least in terms of communications and SPOT ON communications.
