I understand the point you are making Watts. Intel and Apple co-developed lightpeak which Apple officially branded as "thunderbolt". You are saying we should have forced Apple to use the name Liquidmetal. Well, a failing company can't force an Apple to do anything so we probably had no leverage. With that said, if Apple says the iPhone 5 is an amorphous alloy and we get access to all of Apple's technology, it won't really matter because it will be quite obvious to the public what Apple is using and the Internet blogs will be all over the name Liquidmetal.
