Exactly Rich, I sent Mark a message on it and what action I took to see who was using certain MM's when I found out about it and reported it to FINRA.

No promo's were from the company and the first I ever even heard of such a thing was right here.

Here was Marks response.

Thank you for your email and I have read your email a couple of times.

The company does not know the person whom supposedly paid for the promotion and we didn't ask them for this attention. We have a plan that involves work and production, we plan to stay focused on that task.

There have been promo's, paid for by 3rd parties who ever that may be. I get a alert everytime there is a promo on my selected stocks, but once I see them it is hard to find info after promo is done as they only list active promo's and no archieved ones. Last one was penny something forget the last part of name. I will check to see if still active. Again over last 3 weeks OS has went up, not scary up, but up and pretty sure some how this would be tied to the promo's to some degree.
