Somebody is back to manipulating LHPT. Buys coming in at .008, then they put a block for sale at .006

Maybe next question to Todd should be who is buying up the new shares over last 3 weeks which has increased the OS. Company and Todd could certainly not be involved with the Promo's since there is no solid proof that they were, but odd the OS has gone up durring the same period as the promo's
