There have been promo's, paid for by 3rd parties who ever that may be. I get a alert everytime there is a promo on my selected stocks, but once I see them it is hard to find info after promo is done as they only list active promo's and no archieved ones. Last one was penny something forget the last part of name. I will check to see if still active. Again over last 3 weeks OS has went up, not scary up, but up and pretty sure some how this would be tied to the promo's to some degree.
