Aerius International, Ltd. of Lewes, DE is the private corporation owned by the Luxons (and perhaps others) to which Aerius International, Inc. of Las Vegas, the public corporation, sold its intellectual property in November 2009.

The patent shown as assigned to Aerius International, Inc. (AERS) is only a design patent for the ornamental appearance of the Aerius Antenna: http://www.google.com/patents/USD571792.pdf

About design patents: http://inventors.about.com/od/designpatents/a/design_patent.htm

Noval N. "Bill" Luxon and Greg F. Johnson founded RangeStar Wireless in 1995 and sold it to Tyco Electronics in 2001. Tyco Electronics is now called TE Connectivity: http://www.te.com/catalog/minf/en/158

Greg Johnson is not mentioned as being involved with Aerius, the public corporation in the filings submitted to OTC Markets. He may however be one of the owners of the private corporation (Aerius International, Ltd.). The patent that was just granted to him earlier this month may have been the patent pending referenced in the 11/2009 press release announcing the sale of the intellectual property to the private company. http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=40517988

Luxon's patents are assigned to RangeStar (TE Conectivity): http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=0&f=S&l=50&TERM1=Luxon%3B+Norval+N&FIELD1=INNM&co1=AND&TERM2=&FIELD2=&d=PTXT

Neither Johnson nor Luxon come up in a search of patent applications: http://appft.uspto.gov/netahtml/PTO/search-bool.html
