Aerius International, Ltd. of Lewes, DE is the private corporation owned by the Luxons (and perhaps others) to which Aerius International, Inc. of Las Vegas, the public corporation, sold its intellectual property in November 2009.
The patent shown as assigned to Aerius International, Inc. (AERS) is only a design patent for the ornamental appearance of the Aerius Antenna: http://www.google.com/patents/USD571792.pdf

Greg Johnson is not mentioned as being involved with Aerius, the public corporation in the filings submitted to OTC Markets. He may however be one of the owners of the private corporation (Aerius International, Ltd.).
