Good ole Rule 10b. Never did a call from AERS's lawyer. Not sure which patent they are talking about.

I only see 2 listed under Aerius International. One "inc" and one "ltd".

http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=0&f=S&l=50&TERM1=Aerius+International&FIELD1=ASNM&co1=AND&TERM2=&FIELD2=&d=PTXT

There are 5 listed under the inventor's name, including the 2 to Aerius.

Does anyone know if they ever mentioned "other patent applications"? I also checked William Luxon and Bill Luxon but came up empty.

Not saying they are lying or telling the truth. Just saying if they got a patent it would be listed. The question is to who it was assigned, which was/is my question for their lawyer, who never called back.
