I think if GW knows Blairs hands are tied, there will be no hard feelings. You see, that is what allies do, they understand certain situations and try not to hold ones feet to the fire.
Unlike France that puts its own alliances aside to endure and prop ones self up. I for 1 HOPE that this supposed alliance with France does not escape the administration.

Your either against us or with us. You dont have to agree with all we do and say, but the alliance should count for something and as it appears France waffles to whatever alliance is good for them TODAY. Ok, then I say create the public alliance with IRAQ as it is in your best interests today and in such relieve America of any alliance you wish to have. Sell all the evian water you can to Iraq, hell, its the middle of the desert, you ought to be able to sell ALL YOU CAN. Its just the obvious obstructionist tact they are taking that takes me aback, but thats only my opinion
