In my experience, even in slow news event times, a company will put something out there for their investors and more so for potential investors to come on board. None of this makes sense, they are nearly a month behind on their self imposed deadlines regarding board appointees, compensation plan etc, not one word to explain. Why they are not hyping the expected second quarter and year end revenue growth is perplexing. They simply are doing everything backwards in this respect. I would hope they are smarter than they are showing. Investor sentiment goes south as we are left to wonder if the reason there is not any news is because it is bad. I agree the MM were manipulating the price for seven or eight weeks, what is gained by holding the pps down continually is beyond me. Their increased sales activity would require them to collect their accounts receivables timely to pay all the third pary expenses. If they cannot control that favorably, and sometimes when the majority of your sales come from a handful of clients it makes the cash flow harder to achieve, thus making short term borrowing a must. With a crappy pps, they will not get good debt serve terms, thus keeping the situation like it is.
The stock is controlled by just a couple of handfuls of people or employees, do not see any reason why they would need to scare retail investors into selling in hopes they can by more. The big guys buy straight from the company in most instances.
