Yes, and that is why my instinct tells me they made a decision to get the certificate and then procede with updates.That really does not excuse offering shareholders other updates in the mean time, it just shows what has been shown,which is a focus on growth and forward thinking and borderline neglect of shareholders concerns. I think this way of thinking will mature along with the PPS.just me
They do seem to be in a unique bind for the potential reasons you described.
A particular set of circumstances that naturally breeds suspicion and discourages further interest in investment by some and initial investment by others.

One thing possibly to point out is that they did NOT post any PRs in the month of June last year either. It would be nice, however, if they threw us a bone here.
Perhaps they are busy trying to get apparel in shape so that they don't look like complete ding dongs on the next Q... when they HAVE to report income from apparel. I am 90% sure they won't line item it out.... why? 0 would be embarrassing.
