I don't think a PR would greatly affect PPS, as we have had PR's in the past that haven't affected it. I believe the only thing that will move this stock up is the quarterly numbers showing a profit, thus bringing in new investors. And without good numbers for the next few quarters we will not see new investors and this current trend will keep going. This IMO isn't acting like a true penny stock and they MP might want exactly that.
