apple isnt the only company doing business with LQMT...and whats so wrong about visser becoming a manufactering partner?...he has the ways an means AND bought all those shares at a discount AND relieved LQMT of 700k debt from previous loans...hence the discounted stock....accounting trick.

"why do the deal with visser if apple renews?"

first, Apple is only going to be manufacturing only the consumer electronics. so, we need Visser for our other contract manufacturing.

second, would you rather we lock down our manufacturer and his payment of shares for 5 years or pay him now, outright in cash from the Apple payment?
