That would be a best case scenario. It's also the only logical reason for their actions.
It would also mean we have something they need. I honestly have not considered the IP going that direction. I've always believed the most significant part of the MTA was the transfer of info from AAPL to LQMT and not the other way around. It's hard to imagine considering our R&D dept funding and staffing.
