Who do you think has the most strength in this negotiation?

I don't know who the other party is so that would be very hard to choose.

I think SRSR has some power in the fact that we own the property, but how much?

Considering what Scott agreed to with HKHE I don't know how much leverage he has. If he is able to get more than one offer that would strengthen his hand. Hopefully there will be more interest.

What do you think the financers strengths are?

I have no idea who they are so I could not answer that.

mtcotc....I think that since they said that they have shown the property to more than one potential investor we have some very good leverage. Also, if those in the picture were doing their DD, I am sure there was an engineer in that group. They surely wanted to see the scope of the property, how accessable it is to main roads and other transportation, how easily it could be mined, where a processing plant could be located, etc.

To have visits to our property is a very good sign.
