I don't know who the other party is so that would be very hard to choose.
I think SRSR has some power in the fact that we own the property, but how much?
Considering what Scott agreed to with HKHE I don't know how much leverage he has. If he is able to get more than one offer that would strengthen his hand. Hopefully there will be more interest.
What do you think the financers strengths are?
