This is a clear example of shareholder confidence in Scott. The voter turnout in October and the strong support of yes votes is another example of confidence in Scott.
IMO he is going to pull off closing this finance deal and do it in a severely cash strapped credit contracted economic environment. This is no easy feat in itself and from what I have read getting a deal done with the Chinese is lengthy even in an economically healthy world. IMO this is key a dynamic to understanding the length and complexity of this negotiation.
In this negotiation property ownership is a strength we have, the NI report is not a strength or a weakness as any potential partner will conduct their own DD and analysis and will be more accepting of all the historical data. Property size, grade and feasibility are also strengths. In general what could a potential finance partner use as a strength or leverage against us and to their favor?
