WW, when the Army and Navy announce they are not interested in high-altitude surveillance airships...

The HAA Blimp concept was doomed from the beginning (after wasting billions of taxpayer $$)- no way to control/compensate for high winds at altitude. The Argus One 'segmented LTA' vehicle is the only technology that has been thoroughly tested- very exciting IMO.
