Sale of convertible notes, or placements of shares outside of Canada, or . . . how are these prevented ?
Financing has not happened because it is not financable in the current state, with a business model and business plan that are nothing more than an evolving perception of opportunities in Richard's head (mostly as suggested by Andrew imo), and with no marketable product to show nor any means to protect any market share that might be developed were there a product.
