No not really great point but they are doing nothing.

WDRP has nothing that a lender would consider viable to lend upon.
No real tangible assets to lend against and no earnings to service any debt.

As for equity ... the AMF and the Management Cease Trade Order has pretty much tied WDRP's hands in terms of any equity deals.
