Would you feel like this was the biggest scam ever if Robert was to walk with this technology and we investors have been behind them the whole time and when they finish they leave us holding the bag and go somewhere else to make some other companies investors rich. Ya'll make me wonder what is the deal with Robert's contract with the company. I think they would owe us shares where ever they go. They have a list of their shareholders and how long they have held their shares. Do you think Robert doesn't want to sign another contract due to them being so close to production and they will need to sell shares to produce and he is the only one that has shares in the company to sell or in case of a buy out? I personally fell like Robert is WDRP. He owns all the shares besides us.

I do not know the specifics on what you ask. I do know the day that AMF thing came public, I ran for the hills immediately. Cause my very first thought was wondering what Robert would do down the road with his shares, which by the way are not restricted anymore, if I'm correct? My point is, IF Robert wanted to bail or make an issue out of anything, old saying applies:

He who has best lawyer wins.

I know that sounds goofy, but we do see people sue for any reason and sometimes win, so anything can happen, who knows. Hopefully some solid good news gets released soon for the folks holding and this discussion is a moot point.

I was one of those, back long, seems so long, ago warning that Robert might just walk with the IP.
We did look at the contract. It has an auto-renewal clause. It has escapes for non-performance. Wanderport has to be non-performing if it cannot fund anything, including complete demo units to use to get manufacturing going.
Robert has in past said he is happy with Wanderport handling the manufacturing/distribution, that his 400m shares are not the main income to him but rather it is the royalty.
As someone just said, as far as Robert walking, it would be who can pay more for legal work. If the units are there, profitably marketable, Robert could have no problem cutting a new deal and leaving the mess behind. Would it end up being as good? I guess that all depends on what is product and how good the marketing.
