If there is any truth to what doc is saying, it sounds like the real concern may be with Robert walking away from this deal. This was a concern expressed by some here a long time ago. Remember, we are all invested in WDRP, not Robert. If Robert and the technology walk, we're left with nothing. There ia a contract between Robert and WDRP, and there are clauses for breach of contract. I don't think Robert can simply walk away and take this technology to someone else without just cause, but then who knows if there has been just cause. Maybe the fact that WDRP has no money to fund this project is just cause. If anyone has any insight to this, please share.
