Kraft has spent the last 18 months preparing for Mondelez to hit the ground running later this year.
I can't think of one foreign plant that hasn't gone through some sort of modernization within the last 18 months. Our company did major modernization's recently in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia, Egypt, Indonesia, Korea, Ukraine, Belgium and France.
They have a couple of European Brands that they will do very well with. The big difference between our markets and the rest of the world is the size of the packaging. A family size box of Ritz in the U.S. is 3 or 4 (22 cracker) slugs while overseas a 'family pack' equals about one slug.
