When a company like TYTN makes wild or vague claims like the dealings with YTO it is the due diligence of shareholders and potential shareholders to validate said claims. Most of the time this involves contacting sources outside the company to determine whether the claims are truthful.

Second of all, he has lied in the past and makes vague claims so people have to do deep dd into it to actually make sure its a true statement.
