No it isn't when it affects others money. I don't do it to John Deere although I'm a shareholder as I know the results when publicly traded.

At least it can be tracked for whomever contacted YTO as Mark stated as I am demanding it, as it may be the competition with intents of malice.

There is nobody that is going to give any information out that may be pending or not with a publicly traded company that has not already been made public.

The point of calling anybody but the company is useless.

The intent of these so called calls is being determined as this is publicly held.

As a shareholder, I want answers, and if we lost anything on the account, am pushing forward.

That's a fact! If a CEO makes a public claim, it should be
true and if any investor wishes to verify any claims made
it is not only a good practice but it's one of the ways to
justify investing in any company.

For anyone to claim that trying to verify facts causes
their investment to be hurt by the truth then some investors
are living a lie with the hopes of capitalizing on said lies.

If a CEO doesn't want anyone to verify something that he
claims about a publicly traded company, I think that shows
that there may be a lack of verifiability and or truth.

I wish I verified more of the company's claims before
putting as much time and money into this venture.
