The bottom line is that the institutions will determine this vote! As we know the big players are usually more knowledgeable to corporate matters than us! From the softball questions at the last conference call I am predicting they return!
I betcha they'll remain. Institutions have a different way of thinking than individual investors. If you don't hear the institutions squawking by now, mgt will remain imo. Do you currently see any activists trying to unseat mgt?
My guess is that the large institutional investors will vote to retain the board. Those who would vote no have probably already sold their shares and moved on.
