I may be wrong as wrong can be, but I honestly feel like management will be voted out. I however think if they by some miracle accomplish something monumental before the vote that would change. Right now I would say the funds and the individual shareholders have had enough of this managements inability to get things done, and what has been done gives the appearance of more self serving for management instead of shareholders ala the Samsung deal which was not finalized till the accomplishment goals for compensation had surpassed, but yet they still got their payments. A deal is never ever done till money passes hands and this deal was not finalized till later hence the payout should have never been made.
We need a shareholder friendly management and a more open policy of what they do. Its impossible to really grade them as they refuse to let us know anything. This was well founded by Harry and how to keep your job and the flow of money coming to officers and don't have to worry about shareholders, which is a terrible policy for a PUBLIC COMPANY.
