Right - but when those taxpayers have been chiefly trained by "The State", the system eventually breaks down. Not immediately, but after several generations. It will be subtle. Is that happening now? How would we know?

i have tried to mjake changes int he school system. the scholl rincipal, the superintendent and the board simply refuse to take anything up and change any curriculum saying it is the STATE it is the STATE
