So what is your solution?????? I have thought for a long time that we should have some kind of lic. / program to insure that parents are fit before they are allowed to have children.. I believe they had a bill somewhere in the north at one time to do this. Of course this would never happen in our whiny P.C. wishy washy society today.....After all it is your human right to screw your children up all you want to <G>
