The other point being, it will make for good evidence against them in court if there is an investigation down the road. Why would you put yourself in that situation?
I was thinking the same thing as I drove home from work last nite. If this is a scam it must be the most inept and illogical con job in the history of scams. I, for one, choose to believe that this has been a trial and error project. One that has experienced the inevitable blow ups that creating an innovative product on a shoe string usually provides. You can't ignore the simple common sense of them continuing to include Design 1 and themselves in a PR while being "investigated" if they are perpetrating a scam. Just my humble opinion of course, WYO
Scams like the Market manipulation of WDRP are continued in order to further validate the ALIBI that the product is real, the company is trying, etc. etc. jmo
