In my opinion the rs is inevitable... To keep the doors open. It's clear they need about 2 million (ref. shareholder meeting. ) whether they come up with a great pr or a mediocre one just to get to execution price. That's how it's going down in my opinion

Two of the board menbers were previous CEOs of TDCP. Martin, was at the helm for over a decade. I believe he felt it was time to step down at age 70, which was explained in the PR last year. Sid explained in his last CEO update why he is stepping aside to allow Mark, who has alot more experience with display technology, take over. I believe all the nagativity on this board is based in fear. I see the current pps as nothing more than another great buying opportunity.
