Board members are not CEOs, nor should they be, to prevent the company from having too many chiefs. A lack of continuity at the CEO position is not encouraging. My opinion, with no bold lettering needed. Regardless of their shares, what point would jumping ship serve. They couldn't sell them all if they wanted to do so.
You are stating an opinion about the R/S not happening. My opinion is that you are wrong, and I have given my rationale several times before as to why the R/S should and needs to occur. Only time will tell who had the correct guess.
