AMF does not have jurisdiction to stop WDRP from issuing more shares because WDRP is a USA company.

AMF can stop WDRP from trading in Ontario and issuing shares in Ontario. Not a problem, WDRP is USA based.

Like saying Japan has stopped WDRP from issuing more shares in Japan, again no big deal, WDRP is USA based.

Last I checked USA was still a sovereign nation, making and (mostly) enforcing its own laws. If Martel is, as was just claimed in a post, a US citizen and he does not travel to Canada, seems he could blooming do what he wanted as far as buy/sell WDRP, or as CEO causing change to share structure (if the TA could carry it out is another matter).

Or is Martel a Canadian citizen, not a US one, which is also being claimed?

As far as changing the share structure, what the heck does that have to do with trading in shares of WDRP ? That is just making shares available from the ccompany to the transfer agent. That is not trading shares, and it is trading shares in Canada that is prohibited to the company, its employees, directors, and officers, plus Andrew and his company and a number of others.
