I have NO argument with the AMF not being able to stop WDRP.
It IS a problem for Martel as Martel is a Canadian and he would be violating a Canadian Cease Trade Order by taking any Action to change the share structure of WDRP.
Martel would be at risk of violating the Cease Trade Order and being found in Contempt of the Court.
That is a felony and Martel could then be extradited and refused re-entry to the USA.
