Rare poster or SEC documented proof that It's due monday? Hmmm. Yeah I pick the SEC. Haha. Either way if they are late as of now I will only buy into that on tuesday. You know even if they are delinquent and get downgraded I really don't care. If that money is of better service to the company then I'm for it. People will sell off their shares cheap. I'll play catch to grab the cheapies. DOT news or Cuba will POP and this bolts north hard. Plenty of PK go up pretty high anyways. Only thing that matters is the DOT. That's it. Cuba is ok too but DOT approval is the biggest slice of the pie at the moment. I think the company is 99% focused on this DOT issue. The company can bounce back from filing late. It can't bounce back from a DOT denial. Ones bad, but the other is disasterous. IMO

all gov't agencies are closed Monday for some obscure holiday (flag day?). hence why taxes are not due until Tuesday. so aavg has until tuesday maybe since mon is a holiday?
