im in total disagreement with that

its not like its trading high at the moment and DOT approval priced in already

it is undervalued at the moment even without dot , cuba and berry details

current revenues are revenues without dot cuba or berry , so ....


even if neither dot or cuba goes through pps should still climb higher

Fire - i'm in favor of your position here however, is it possible the DOT would cause issues if the company is not in filing order with the SEC. (it might be a staying point for approval as well)

Berry does not have DOT and look at their success. If there was a DOT denial, I think Avstar/Twin Air can do fine without it.
