sec rule clearly states this :

<< If a filing due date falls on a weekend or SEC holiday, the filing is due on the following business day. >>

AAVG filling due date fell on a weekend , April , 15 is Sunday so clearly weekend so the filling is due next business day which is Monday

also sec rule states this :

<< The EDGAR system hours of operation for submitting files are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time, weekdays, excluding Federal Holidays. Files submitted after 5:30 p.m. Eastern (with the exception of Section 16 filings) will receive the next business day's filing date. >>

thats why i said we could see 10 K Tuesday in case that AAVG submits 10 K Monday after 5.30 PM it would be posted Tuesday


now these all are sec rules

if that one person called attorneys or sec stuff and asked particularly about AAVG case then we should trust him

i know hes a stranger on msg board and will choose to trust him since he particularly asked sec stuff and attorneys about AAVG
