I thought 3.1B was the projected issuance from the debt? As only YA has been issued the debt, where are you getting the other 2B from? As last reported o/s, the 450m shares would put it to max 3.5b wouldn`t it? Assume the other 1.5b you are looking at are shelf shares from expected future issuance? thnx
