Personally see that the Dr will keep tying up more and more of the outstanding shares. The new float after the 10K will give him a new marker to go for. And then the 10Q from the first quarter that will be released in a few months will give another marker. All the time the conversion will reduce the amount owed to YA. If I were the Dr I would maintain 25 percent and once the float reaches above 3 or 4 billion shares he will then push for above 50 percent control.
It will cost him some capital to do this, but what we saw with AOL selling patents for over $1 billion tells me that he sees the value of the IP and will want it for his vision.
