Streets, The Dr has the upper hand. Once the 10k comes out and the float has gone up then the Dr will just buy more. Eventually, no matter how hard they try, YA will lose all control. Only 5 billion shares are authorized. That means and some point the Dr will have 1.25 Billion shares at 25 percent of the float and poor YA will not be able to dilute. Cannot convert shares if not available to put into float. And yes any shelf filing to try to increase the float will lose. And wait until the Dr forces an annual meeting. Where he votes and gets what he wants. So YA will have to deal on his terms. And those terms will be him buying the company and YA being paid off exactly what is owed to them.
