Until they actually file that S-1 to sell shares nobody has a clue. I don't think anyone should believe anything pushed here without citation. We don't have a clue if they will dilute it on the open-market or not. They've changed their plans before without telling shareholders, i'm sure they won't hesitate to do it again. I like to have my options open so when they do actually file, I can be ready for it. The company is not shareholder friendly imo.

Selling shares for financing is not a good thing no matter how anyone spins it. People were looking for outside financing, not diltuion.

While it sounds great, we unfortunately have no clue what the company is going to do. Selling $75mil USD of share for financing is dilution though. Until they file the s-1 I don't think we will ever know where they intend to sell those shares. Most OTCBB companies dump them on the open market in my opinion. I'm just saying i'm not ruling anything out just yet. Hopefully something happens that increases the awareness all around. It's a great idea, I dig AE, but the company is not impressing anyone just yet and the numbers show it unfortunately.
