We all knew and expected that they would eventually issue new shares. Looks like these will be restricted preferred shares which will not affect share holders for a long time, and in fact likely show us the true value of the company based on what these new shares are able to be converted at.
The OS will likely be under 250 million shares which will be nothing considering the shear scale and scope of this company, and what they have in the pipeline. Just my opinion.
