Until they actually file that S-1 to sell shares nobody has a clue. I don't think anyone should believe anything pushed here without citation. We don't have a clue if they will dilute it on the open-market or not. They've changed their plans before without telling shareholders, i'm sure they won't hesitate to do it again. I like to have my options open so when they do actually file, I can be ready for it. The company is not shareholder friendly imo.
Selling shares for financing is not a good thing no matter how anyone spins it. People were looking for outside financing, not diltuion.
