what you dont seem to understand is share structure is fatally flawed here. purposely so by management. they are going to, THEY ARE AND HAVE BEEN, burning common shareholders. i'm not happy about it, but the facts are facts.

ill load .0003's if they happen. but if i get them believe me i will be checking nevada every hour on the hour for that dreaded amendment everyone should know is coming. if there is no r/s whatever merger or j/v that happens is going to have the same effect essentially.

as an example if you have been long here for a year you have been diluted by MINIMUM 1.5 billion shares (imo its over 2 billion now but we will have to wait and see. and even that means nothing really because they could issue more shares the day after the report is filed.)there is no escaping that fact. there is no sanctuary from all those shares. The value has been severely diluted. no jv or merger is going to overcome that. its damage done! only a r/s, a DESTRUCTION of those shares will solve the problem.

a jv or merger will merely be a backdoor r/s.

I stated before, I hope this works out for everyone involved.

I will admit I do not know a lot about how retail works etc. I do know there is a lot of misinformation posted on IHUB as to how MM's work.

Maybe I should not ask this, as it is just conjecture as I don';t know how retail trading works.

What would happen if MMTE issued shares to a company or entity for whatever purpose and then that company / entity sold them. Would that come across in our eyes as retail selling? Just wondering.
