If the company sells shares to someone else that is dilution and increases the float. William says that isn't happening. MM's shorting the stock or manipulating the price has nothing to do with the company nor does it matter in the long term. Only the short term flippers here are the ones truly getting upset. The end result will be the true value of the concessions as created by a merger, JV, or buyout.
