Hi GaPeach, your drunk chicken and the way you do beef fry remind me of asian cooking... or Chinese food.

Crock-pot... on my to-do-list... ggg, but most likely won't get it this month :-)

Maybe it's time for me to share my "real quick" recipe here... ggg, wondering who would like to eat lunch or dinner in this way.
