How many investors (and I don't mean short term traders) do you think are waiting for Ntephe to announce drilling in Block 1...and ready to plow into this investment the minute he would mention it? Do you really think investors are on the edge of their seat waiting for this verbal event to take place?
It's Total's job to announce the commencement of drilling...or not. Some think that Total has already started. If so then that would indicate that Total is as secretive as SNP. Wow...now they are both conspiring against ERHE shareholders.
We just can't win. LOL
I think a CEO's job is to put a company on a path to success. If he does this the sp will take care of itself. I don't think that just because a few message board posters want the sp to rise it is the CEO's job to talk it up. But when there are material events he should report them. If investors have legitimate questions he should publically answer them...within reason. But posters on this board seem to have an endless number of senerios and questions that would tie up a CEO 24/7.
I can tell you this....I have been around here for several years and I have yet to see anyone's suggestions to management actually change reality...or change the sp. Outright manipulation was another story. I believe it probably did cause some extra trading but in the end did not affect the real picture. But even manipulation got so blatant that it started having little affect on the sp.
