Maybe you could tell me what exactly is Ntephe's job because based on his performance over the years i'm not sure its particularly clear ??
There are ways of getting information out there that is material to ERHE besides a straight up PR announcing the drilling by Total. Since he has nothing much to announce himself except meetings and soccer games i would think he would eagerly grasp on the opportunity to provide a little levity to the sp of his company.
